To protect all stakeholders in the process… we have temporarily closed our offices and are collaborating with all involved to make all necessary arrangements.
To guarantee seamless service… we are working remotely and remain fully operational, accepting online filing of arbitrations and mediations, and offering a state-of-the-art videoconferencing tool to keep arbitration hearings and mediation conferences on track.

Despite our offices being closed on a temporary basis pending further notice, the SCCA Team is equipped with the latest technology and professional training to continue delivering uninterrupted and responsive client service. Our usual phone lines remain available.
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS:
Online arbitration and mediation filings are being received via our online filing system
REMOTE HEARINGS:
Arbitration hearings and mediation conferences can be held remotely using a state-of-the-art and secure videoconferencing system provided by the SCCA.
ONLINE EXAMS:
To facilitate ongoing CIArb-SCCA programs, exams are now being held online for the first time.
RESCHEDULING:
All professional development engagements, business development activities and meetings are being rescheduled, including “Developments in International Arbitration with Gary Born” in Riyadh as well as roadshows and events in London, Paris, Vienna and the USA.
