Dr. Abanumay is a Director of SODIC (Six of October Development and Investment Company) and B Investment both listed in Egypt Stock Exchange. He is also on the Board of SAMBA Financial Group, Listed in Saudi Stock Exchange. Dr. Abanumay is also serving on the Board of many unlisted companies across the World. He is presently the Chairman of Abanumay Industrial Company and Aarabian Waterproofing Company.
Dr. Abanumay obtained a PhD in Business Administration (Majoring in Finance) from Southern Illinois University after completing his master’s degree in management information system.

Dr. Saud Al-Ammari is an attorney and an arbitrator, who earned his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law, a Master’s Degree in Law from Harvard and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the American University in Washington DC. He also attended the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.
He is licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. Saud Al-Ammari was a former General Attorney at Saudi Aramco, a Legal Advisor to HE the Minister of Petroleum & Mineral Resources, and a Legal Advisor and Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in London. He participated in the Kingdom’s team as a legal advisor during the accession of Saudi Arabia to the World Trade Organization. He is the former Chairman of OPEC legal defense team and has successfully handled a number of sovereign cases in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Germany. He was also appointed as an arbitrator and an expert in local and international arbitration panels, some of which he presided over. He previously worked to a part-time legal advisor in the Shura Council, an alternate judge at the International Court of Arbitration and part-time legal advisor at the Royal Court.
In 2001, he was awarded the King Abdulaziz Medal (First Order) in recognition of his efforts and national contributions and was also awarded the Gulf War Medal, in 1991, in recognition of his volunteer services at the time.

Lawyer, Dr. Ali Bin Abdulkareem Al Sowailam has established the Saudi Office Lawyers & Consultants in 1398 AH and worked in the field of law, legal consultants and arbitration for nearly four decades. He got Bachelor of Law from the University of Baghdad in 1387 AH. He obtained Diploma in Criminal Sciences and Diploma in Public Law from Cairo University (from1388 AH to 1390 AH). He received doctorate degree in law from Ain Shams University in «The Financial Balance of Administrative Contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia» in 2007 AD - 1427 AH.
He worked as a legal researcher in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice from 1391 to 1395 AH. He obtained license number (18) from Riyadh General Court and Legal Consultations license number (98) in 1399 AH from the Ministry of Commerce and practicing law license number (7/23) in 1423 AH from the Ministry of Justice.
