Strengthening the Strategic Partnership Between SCCA and ICDR-AAA

The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) advanced its strategic partnership with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) represented by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) for 2018 through the partnership renewal driven by the SCCA's interest in persistently developing its capacity and quality services. SCCA’s team of case counsels are to engage in yet another practical on-job training at the ICDR's headquarters in New York this year.  Follows New York training, an expert secondment joins SCCA Riyadh team to further reinforce better knowledge transfer to the SCCA’s Riyadh team. Further to that, AAA-ICDR and SCCA will engage in detailed consultation and workshops to review the implementations of SCCA’s Rules of Arbitration and Mediation in KSA in addition to organizing various intensive programs to prospective arbitrators and mediators.
