In partnership with GAFT... SCCA meets with Saudi commercial attachés serving abroad and presents its institutional ADR solutions

In partnership with the General Authority for Foreign Trade, the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration organized its second edition of a workshop that attracted a wide range of Saudi commercial attachés serving abroad, aimed at raising awareness of the state of the Saudi ADR industry and introducing the package of institutional solutions that the SCCA offers businesses.  
 

The workshop highlighted the pioneering institutional model through which the SCCA serves Saudi businesses with foreign investments and foreign businesses with investments in Saudi Arabia. The model includes a disciplined system of procedural rules and a package of innovative ADR solutions for arbitration and mediation that serve businesses of all sectors and sizes. 
 

The workshop was one event in a series of ongoing SCCA efforts to firmly establish ADR as an effective path to achieving justice, and to contribute to the country’s persistent efforts to enhance the competitiveness of its investment environment and facilitate the conduct of business.
