SCCA Discusses with Australian Ambassador Role of Institutional Arbitration in Furthering Saudi-Australian Businesses

The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) today received a delegation from the Embassy of Australia headed by the Australian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Mr. Mark Donovan, and accompanied by the Australian Commercial Attaché, Mr. Ross Bray. The Australian delegation has been received by SCCA’s CEO, Dr. Hamed bin Hassan Merah.

During the visit, SCCA presented a comprehensive review of the developments of the alternative dispute resolution industry in Saudi, as well as the state-of-the-art ADR services that are provided by SCCA to the local and foreign investment and business sectors. The meeting also discussed the possible cooperation between SCCA and the Australian embassy to further Australian investments in KSA and the Saudi-Australian businesses and providing cutting-edge solutions to settle the commercial disputes.
