No Agreement to Mediate Exists ¹

I wish the SCCA to contact the other part(ies) and facilitate an agreement to mediate the dispute. I understand that the SCCA charges a non-refundable fee of SAR 1,000 for this service. If the SCCA is successful, this service fee will be credited towards the SCCA Administrative Fees for Mediation. Please read the below Explanatory Note for more information.

¹ Explanatory Note – The SCCA will make up to 5 written and/or oral attempts to contact the other part(ies) within 30 days of the registration of the request.

If successful, the SCCA initiates the mediation process once also the remainder in Administrative Fees for Mediation has been paid. The otherwise non-refundable SAR 1,000 in service fees already paid by the requesting party will be credited towards its share of the SCCA Administrative Fees for Mediation. The mediation will be administered as set forth in the COVID-19 Emergency Mediation Program (EMP), modifying the SCCA Mediation Rules. For more information on EMP, please click here.
