Join us for the seminar titled “Perspectives and Crossroads From the East: Bridging Contents Across Sands and Waters” organized by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA).

This seminar will bring together a distinguished group of practitioners and leaders in arbitration institutions, among them the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA)’s CEO, the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA)’s Director, and the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC)’s CEO.

In addition, the seminar will offer an overview of the arbitration practices in the GCC and MENA regions, with a focus on the importance of the role of arbitration as means of commercial dispute resolution.

Additionally, the seminar will provide an overview of the development of arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
