The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) is organizing a Morning Symposium titled: 2021 Arbitration In, With, And Around Saudi Arabia, on Thursday November 18^th , 2021 at the Ritz-Carlton (DIFC) as an official part of Dubai Arbitration Week.

The Morning Symposium will shed light on an In-depth insights and analysis on Saudi Arabia’s recent development & reforms including Legislative, Judicial, and ADR by senior Saudi governmental officials, along with launching the SCCA Arbitration Caselaw Report 2021. In addition to a partnership with 6 Leading law firms in order to share their unique Arbitration experiences in Saudi Arabia and MENA region (including Clyde & Co., DLA Piper, Eversheds Sutherland, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith Freehills and Reed Smith).
