SCCA Holds a Workshop to Discuss its Procedural Documents

SCCA held a workshop on Monday April 11, 2016 with a number of specialists and those interested in commercial arbitration. Among the participants Mr. Richard Naimark, the Vice President of ICDR-AAA and Mr. Majid AllRashid, the CEO of SCCA. SCCA procedural documents such as Arbitration Rules and Arbitration Model clauses were discussed in this workshop.

The participants, also, discussed the challenges and obstacles that commercial arbitration face in Saudi Arabia, and the expected SCCA role to overcome those obstacles
