Ciarb Saudi Arabia Hosts First Networking Event

Ciarb Saudi Arabia Branch, in partnership with SCCA, Latham & Watkins, and the Ciarb London Branch, held its first networking event, a seminar titled: “Navigating Arbitration in Saudi Arabia: Best Practices and Insights.”

This seminar delved into best practices for navigating arbitration in Saudi Arabia and included a detailed case study that examined the stages of an international arbitration seated in Saudi Arabia.

Topics covered included multi-tiered dispute resolution provisions, including dispute boards in construction disputes and pre-conditions to arbitration. Additionally, it offered practical guidance on the annulment and enforcement of awards.

This seminar aims to enrich the community of commercial arbitration, mediation, and conciliation in Saudi Arabia by promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise, as well as building relationships and collaboration among industry practitioners and interested parties.
