Contract enforcement is a critical element of doing business across borders, without which business actors hesitate to enter into or act on agreed arrangements and cannot enforce terms of payment.  Contract enforcement is particularly critical for foreign and local investors as business depends upon contract terms for products and services understood across language and cultural barriers.  In order to ensure the appropriate drafting and enforcement of contract terms, especially ADR clauses, SCCA is organizing a world-class “Contract Drafting Workshop” in Riyadh on September 11, 2017 in partnership with the US Department of Commerce Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP). The program is led by an internationally recognized expert on legal drafting and a frequent technical workshop leader, Ken Adams.
