International Arbitrator and Principal, The Law Office of Ziad A. Al-Sudairy
Dr. Ziyad has 40 years of experience in legal practice. He worked as a sole arbitrator, legal advisor, lawyer, and chairman of legal committees.
Dr. Ziyad worked as a sole arbitrator and chair of the arbitral tribunals in KSA in independent cases, and an arbitrator in cases in ICC International Court of Arbitration. He also represented the Kingdom in investment disputes before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Meanwhile, he was chairman of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) (2015-2016), and a member of the Board of Governors of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (2012-2016).
For 14 years, he chaired the legal committee formed by a noble decree to provide legal advice to the Saudi government on some foreign cases. He is also a member of the boards of directors of several commercial establishments in KSA.
