Dr. Mostafa is a consultant for the Saudi Bankruptcy Commission. He is the former head of ADR of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). He carries 30 years’ experience of working as judge, counselor at the Egyptian Ministry of Justice and Director of the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute in Bahrain.
He represented Egypt in a number of cases brought against the country before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), furthermore, he was the founding director of the Institute of Judicial and Legal Studies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he developed the institute's strategy, policies, work procedures, and initial plans. Dr. Mostafa also provided consultations in various projects conducted by the UNODC in the field of judicial training and judicial governance in Egypt, Iraq and Jordan.
He has a number of publications and articles related to the administration of justice and judicial governance.
