Lawyer, Head of the International Arbitration Group at Abdel Raouf Law Firm, and Associate Professor at both the Pantheon-Sorbonne University School of Law in France and the German University in Cairo.
Specializes in international arbitration and other ADR methods for the settlement of all types of commercial, investment and sports-related disputes.
He has acted as sole arbitrator, tribunal member, and presiding arbitrator in numerous domestic and international arbitrations (institutional and ad hoc).
Member of the Advisory Board and former Vice President of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Member of both the Board of Trustees and the Advisory Committee of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). Egypt’s Alternate Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
