Dr. Al Ajlan is a licensed lawyer recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Justice and a licensed trustee and expert by the Bankruptcy Commission (Eisar). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and serves as both a presiding and member of several arbitral tribunals.
He holds a PhD in law from the Sharia Policy Department at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU)'s Higher Institute of Justice and has over ten years of judicial experience.
